Our appraisals are tailored to a wide variety of uses, including mortgage underwriting (including FHA loans), the sale or purchase of a home, estate and tax planning, property tax appeal, litigation (including court testimony), foreclosure, bankruptcy, probate, feasibility analysis and market rent determination. 

Our appraisers are approved by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to perform appraisals for FHA loans.
